Analysing the antioxidant properties of sugarcane juice

Abstract
This review explores the antioxidant
properties of sugarcane juice, highlighting its phytochemical constituents,
mechanisms of action, and potential health benefits. With the rising interest
in natural antioxidants in promoting health and preventing diseases, sugarcane
juice offers a promising avenue due to its rich composition of polyphenols,
flavonoids, and other beneficial compounds. This paper synthesizes findings
from various studies, providing a critical assessment of the methodologies used
and the implications of these antioxidants in a dietary context.
