Amino acids composition of pre-treated tree ear mushroom (Auricularia auricula-Judae)

Abstract
This work is anchored on amino acids composition of pre-treated tree ear mushroom. Mushroom fruiting bodies of tree ear weighting 1000.32gm were brought from farmers.
